An Intimate Dinner & Tasting with Armand de Brignac Champagne
On Saturday, May 23, at the newly opened Dock at the Waterlot Inn at the Southampton Princess, Armand de Brignac Champagne hosted an intimate dinner & tasting of their renowned Prestige Cuveés, which exemplify a true passion for the art of Champagne. Owned by Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter, Armand de Brignac was established by the Cattier family, whose elite Champagne house has a rich and storied history of over 250 years in Chigny-les-Roses, France.
The event, Hosted by Kevin Rhyno from Burrows Lightbourn, gave guests the opportunity to sample not only the Brut Gold (aka ‘The Ace of Spades’), but also other bottlings that are currently not even available in Bermuda! The Waterlot Inn Chef, Sumeet Kurmi, created a delicious menu to pair with these hand-made luxury bottles which included Rosé, Blanc de Blanc and a Demi-Sec…which was a fan favorite.
